Very strange bug?

I finished the original chaos version and came back to play it again (I love it!); never had any problems with this one.
Now I wanted to play this version [CLNR], but I can't get over level 3 (the one where you have to evade red freaks for the first time). Every time I click the door to get to level 4 I get a noisy screen (as if I died). Every time I click on repeat I get the noisy screen again.
Based on your walkthrough video I assume that this is not the way it should be. Maybe a strange error related to Flash player 10?

HapPie responds:

I've just tested it, and it worked fine.
P.S. Thanks for making me play this agaiNAAAAAGGHAGHAGAHGHGHAGAHGAHGAHGHA WHY.

Loved it!

This is really a step forward. While "Rise of a Knight" was merely an action game, this is already quite an RPG, but without taking too much action out of it.

I found it a pity that there was e.g. no way to save the poor man's girl in the side quest...like using the freeze spell or something :-/

I can fully agree on the points Tonash (comment below) brought up, except for point (1) maybe. The world wasn't that big, that the transitions got on my nerves yet.
Additionaly I think there was a "Quest Tracker" (Key O). But a map which actually displays the game routes and show's where to find the next quest, would have been really helpful.

SeethingSwarm responds:

Okay, cool. Yeah I agree with all your points and the ones of Tonash. Thanks for the review and glad you liked it!

Best graphical adventure I've seen on NG

Just one little question: is there some sort of easter egg with the ice cream or is it just a red herring?

Graphics & Style - just great, reminding me of the Larry series
Sound - good background music, not to going on my nerves but also not to decent. Very clear & good voicing.
Violence - well, it had some minor violence in it; but still much less violence than it is usual in primary schools today :-(
Interactivity - Great. Perhaps you could have add some more descriptions to non interactive objects, plus I'd like to turn have an option to turn off the "scroll through all icons in my inventory with the mouse wheel"; when I had a lot of items, this was more distracting than a help.

LiLg responds:

Thanks for those suggestions I think well definately incorporate them into griswold 2 and possibly hewitt 2 if we ever get that far :)
