Everything great as usual, except

I personally think timed riddles should not be given a huge percentage in a point & click adventure. In this one it was even more than the common timed riddle (you had to do multiple actions on different screens) and IMO it took to much space from the usual enjoyment of thinking about possible/useful combinations for items.

Please enhance the controls!

I would have given a 10 if it wasn't for the controls.
Concept, sound, graphics, game balance and the rest of the game-play were just perfect.
But the controls spoil it all. There were so many occasions when I got frustrated, because Robinson was not behaving the way I intended him to.
Some suggestions:

(1) add shortcut keys for different actions on an object. This avoids e.g. situations where I wanted to actions A+B on it, but Robinson instead walked away after doing A, because I clicked slightly into the wrong place for doing B.

(2) is there any reason not to carry around certain tools? if not please get rid of the "pick-up tool" action; it doesn't add up any atmosphere; if you'd implement suggestion (1) then it would be less frustrating as well

(3) I found out quite late that you can pause the game at left side and go through the recipes without pressure. having to learn recipes by heart and/or to hastily clicking through a menu does not add up any fun. please make that more clear.

All great, except medal fail

I really admire the work you did within this 72 hours.
It's a full-fleshed boss fight, with great graphics and sound (apart from the fact that the weapon sound of the boss sometimes continues after I already respawned).

What somehow pisses me of and lead to a minus point is the medal fail here. It took me a fairly amount of time to finish the game and I did it within 2:40, even got on the highscore board; but I got neither the gold, nor the silver, nor the bronze, nor the Winrar medal.
Also I ask myself what's the exact reason for the high score buttons to be invisible (from technical POV)...of course that's not the best example of usability, but I personally can live with it.

Clever

It's a clever idea, storyline (in it's simplicity) and level design.

Is it worth trying to get it "perfect"? I mean in a game sense, not in the real world sense... ;)

The cutscenes change in a minor way if you manage it, I'm afraid there's no grand alternative 'good' ending.

Huuuuuge props to anyone that makes it though, I've been trying it myself, and whilst I've managed to hit the bottom without killing, going back up is brutal. I'd absolutely love for someone to record a video of a perfect (or heck, even just very good) run.

tux vs puffy?

was that an allegory on Linux vs OpenBSD? if so, I don't see how the pirate ice bear fits in...

the sound was fitting, the controls were good, the graphics and the game were okay overall; nothing too new or interesting. but it killed some time.

yay! I'm the 73rd virgin...err reviewer

liked:
- minimalistic number of objects
- graphics
- voices
- involvement of 2 NPCs

disliked:
- stereotypical association with terrorism
- repeating music
- just a sound off button (no music off)

i'll see if i can't fix some of ur dislikes in the next one ;)

Can't get the 6th upgrade

I can't think of a way of improving this game. Music, graphic, controls, game balance: It all fits perfectly :)

...except telling me what's up with the 6th upgrade?
I have the same condition as described by NeoSoviet. I played the last level twice and I always only get 98% of the enemies (it's no problem in easy mode). Is there some hidden passage where I have to find the last enemy to kill or something like that?

It was ok

It was not that new or interesting but it had a lot of details added. All in all a nice time killer.

If there was a safe function or an option to visit the shop inbetween deaths, I would have rated it 7 or 8...

I can't use the rang either

I guess it's also because I'm using Ubuntu.

I really like the gameplay though so far.
