Great game; almost nothing to complain, except that it seems that the game is cut at the borders in my browser (e.g. the second line of the "i" button tooltip text is not fully visible).

To all of you who had problems with the panel games:
These puzzles can be described as a pretty simple mathematical puzzle with matrix multiplications. Just search for "lights out solver", if you don't wanna figure out the math on paper yourself ;-)

I was very pleasantly surprised.
After watch the title and the intro I would have thought that it was some crude teenage humor game without some solid, original or variative gameplay. The opposite was the case.
The music, graphics and the details were all great; including the bonus stages.

There were a few glitches:
1) One could use the mine car if jumping correctly in areas which were probably not foreseen; but that wasn't really a bug, but more a (probably even intended?) feature
2) Sometimes the character did not turn right away from one in the other direction in the end boss fight when throwing carrots, despite pressing the correct key (which resulted in carrot loss)

Furthermore I would suggest
a) providing a hint that it's possible to jump farther if you run
b) adding some hints with the whip usage like putting a sign next to it, "do not jump from moving whip! you might get thrown far away."
Especially the usage of the whip was not so obviously intuitive at all.

Thanks for the great review and the 5 stars! I know what you mean with Acid Bunny not being able to turn around immediately when hitting the ground. He first does a little hop and then you can move around properly again, but I think I will change that in the next episode and make it easier for the players to control the character. Thanks for mentioning it! I'm not sure what you mean with the mine car, so it must be a glitch, sorry :P ...and I guess with the "whip" you mean the Swing? Yeah, I guess the swing is a little bit tricky to use. It was quite difficult for me to make it work. I've never done anything like that before, and I'll see what I can do to improve it for the second episode :)

I liked the game until level 4.
It's not really comprehensible why the character dies if not all enemies are killed.
Furthermore I have absolutely no clue, how I am supposed to get past room #2.

The graphics were sufficient. Sound (that can be muted) would have been nice.

Best multiplayer game in Flash; or probably best Flash game ever.
Hadn't had so much fun for years!
Bring it on.

I overall liked it due to the retro feeling.

I especially liked the music.
What I find a bit of a pity, is that you did not mention that the song is "Deleted from this World" by "Radio Giraffe" (it took me some time to figure it out).

BTW: If you have made no agreement with the artist, you should fix that; CC-BY means that you can use freely *if* you give credits to the creator.

Try click in credits page!
You'll find something special.
artist and song name is there too.
:)

The doors were partially really hard to find.
I didn't manage to see the one on the balcony that lead to the gargoyle, but had to take a look at the video walkthrough to realize where I should have gone.
Probably it would help if a symbol would appear if the character is near to a door, so that the interaction possibility becomes obvious to the player.

Apart from that I can't complain.

So far so good.

Some thought for improvement:
- nobody wants to read such a long intro text, if it's not a text adventure; suggestions: add images or ingame cutscenes
- if closing/quitting a saved game and the cursor should be by default on continue; or at the very least, if clicking "new game" there should be a confirmation by the user, that ze is okay if the old savestate gets overwritten
- the first dialogue seems odd to me; I'm told I'm the choosen one. The protagonists just accepts that as if he has been told that he's in cave. Veeery unlikely behaviour.

I guess the game would be okay; the music is too repetitive for my ears; furthermore I can't tell any harmful and harmless blocks apart, which kills the fun.
I really don't get why I would have to download the full version, instead of playing it online.

What I dislike
1) The surrounding graphics suddenly jump from time to time (I guess some would call it a feature, not a bug; but I don't)
2) I don't get how I'm supposed to run away from the faceless man as soon as he appears; even with full stamina I can't avoid taking some sanity damage; neither do I see a strategy to avoid the faceless man as he's randomly coming from left or right

Furthermore the game does not provide a lot of motivation to go forward apart from the medals; the gameplay does not getting more interesting, but just repeating.

Apart from that, given the intent and the constraints it's okay I guess.

Brunodev responds:

1) Yeah we need to make it change smoother.
2) Eventually you WILL lose. But believe me, there are strategies. Such as don't walk in one way for more then 10 seconds, or only do one way. Thanks for your review!

Some items could have been more obvious; at some point I had to start tabbing.
Second it would have been nice if you would have added newgrounds medals for the achievements.

Apart from that nothing to complain. Great story, good graphics, nice sound, intuitive gameplay.

ClickShake responds:

Ya, going forward we do want to better highlight what you're clicking on. We did that with Wentworth which was made after this.
